What is EDA
There are a great deal of data sent and received among semiconductor and LCD equipment. In the past, the technology was focused on how we efficiently control the equipment and the effort resulted in highest MES (Manufacturing Execution System) performance. Recently, the semiconductor and LCD industries increase the needs of equipment data analysis for less manufacturing cost and better productivity through the independent and stable channel separately from MES while the data traffic is exponentially increased because the manufacturing processes have become complicated and minimized. Our Infini∞A ™ is the user friendly solution of data collection which is the first step of equipment data analysis and follows the global standard of EDA (Equipment Data Acquisition). By simply using our software, the users (equipment engineers) who are not familiar to EDA standard will easily understand it.
INFINI∞A™ - HOST
This is a host suite for semiconductor IC makers.

We perfectly support SEMI EDA Standard Freeze2.0(0710) and provide EDA data framework optimized in customers’ legacy equipment engineering system. We apply EDA solution according to the different environment at each IC maker and provide innovative ways to use manufacturing data.
Our solution supports “Session Manager”, “Security Admin”, “Metadata Manager”, “DCP Manager” and “Data Consumer Interface” which are the basic service of EDA standard and includes a function of big data collection.
INFINI∞A™ - EQ
This is an equipment suite for equipment makers.

We perfectly support SEMI EDA Standard Freeze2.0(0710) and related standard (E164, etc.) and build the integrated EDA solution with our HOST solution, Infini∞A ™- HOST. The users don’t have to be in much knowledge in EDA when it comes to Infini∞A ™. We make and design our solution easy-to-use so that the equipment users do the modelling
more easily. We innovate the structure of server for minimizing load and maximizing equipment performance.
